. Stays of greater than 3 weeks will be charged at a preferred rate. Please contact the owners to discuss prices.

. Stays of less than 6 days will incur an additional £40 housekeeping fees

. Payment in US Dollars will be based on the exchange rate at the time of deposit and final payment.
