Our brand new villa (October 2005) is situated in the executive development of Sandy Ridge, a charming new community located in a conservation area just 10 minutes away from the gates of Disney and half an hour from Orlando airport. Sandy Ridge is an attractive, quiet and leafy community, yet it has close proximity to theme parks, golf courses, shopping malls and restaurants. Champion’s Gate shopping is close by, with the convenience of supermarkets, fast food outlets and restaurants.

Our home is situated in a quiet no through road, which means peace and relaxation after a busy day sightseeing! Our villa is extremely comfortable and well furnished. Designed in a contemporary style, it has all the features you need, and more, to make your stay completely comfortable. Most importantly the pool area faces west which means you get the glorious Florida sun all day long until sunset! Sandy Ridge also has a communal children’s play area.

Our villa is spacious and well designed, with over 1600 square feet of space; all four bedrooms are a generous size, with a queen-sized sofa sleeper and love seat and 3 bathrooms; it will comfortably accommodate 8-10 people. The villa is air-conditioned with fans in all rooms.

The open plan living room has a vaulted ceiling with wide-screen cable TV and DVD player. There is a comfortable dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has large oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, large dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.  

The spacious and comfortable master suite has king size bed, en suite bathroom, walk in closet and 19” cable TV. The second master suite is beautifully furnished with queen size bed, large closet and en suite bathroom. All bed linen and towels are provided.

The two twin bedrooms are in a quiet part of the house, making them ideal for children. The rooms are beautifully furnished with large closets. Bathroom 3 has a full-length bath and shower.

Outside, we have a heated, floodlit, pool with its own integral spa. The pool, which is fully screened, and has a safety fence for young children, is west facing and receives the full sun until the evening. There is a pool deck for relaxing outside or eating al fresco.
